Quick Task Not showing the approve and Reject button on ESC portal home Page.

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to show approve / reject button on employee center portal home page right side 'Quick Task'. Can some one help on this how to achieve this requirement.

Below is the screenshot.

Is this a custom widget? if yes then we need the script of the widget to suggest.

Hi Palani,

It's not custom widget its OOB widget.

I submitted a case about this and the ServiceNow rep said it is expected behavior based on the widget code to not have the approve/reject button capability.
