"Experts on-call" icon to agent workspace contextual panel

Hi,

How to enable Experts on call icon in contextual side panel on Incident record in service operations workspace.

Check if com.snc.on_call_rotation.log_escalations property enabled on-call escalation tracking page.

If the button is not available, then you can add it from UI Builder.
