"Page" content Type in the Quick link under the taxonomy topic is not working in my Client environment

Hi,

I have added page content type in the Quick link and added this Quick link under the IT taxonomy Topic ,

In my PDI it showing correctly but in my client environment "page" content type is not working.

Other Content Type like - External Link, Catalog item, KB are working fine

Please someone help me to fix this issue.

Hi Santoshi,

 

Did you add the Page query parameters. In order to make it work you must fill the Page query parameters field. Type topic_id in the first field and, copy paste the sys_id of the corresponding topic from Content Taxonomy > Topics in the next field.
