Recommended for you instance is not previewing (Relevant for you Widget).

Hello Everyone,

 

While I'm trying to upgrade employee center service to ESC Pro initially I have seen the Recommended for you widget in the portal later its showing no preview available as per the Screenshot. Can anyone help me on this issue.

Hi Arun, 

There are two type of recommendations are there, One is catalogs and other is Articles. Can you please check in last 30 days if catalog items are requested from esc portal or articles are viewed by the users?

Hello @Arun65 ,

'Relevant for u' widget only visible automatically when it contains KB articles and catalogs which are mostly viewed and added to the topic.

'Recommended for you' will show only those article which are most viewed and most requested (must be added to the topic too). For this u need to add Catalog and knowledge categories inside the "Topic". For those topics which are added to the taxonomy of the employee center portal.
