Record producer on Employee Center Portal

When a employee clicks on the link on Employee Center portal, it must take them to the respective record producer. I was able to achieve this.

But I want it to look like this.

How do I do this?

Hello,

looks like you may have used the simple list widget for this. if you use the OOB widgets you only have little control over it. If you want to customize it you will have to create a custom widget for this.
