Redirect catalog item in Employee center

Hi, 

We have made some changes in themes, taxonomy and home page of employee center. Now when we click on catalog item in the search results. It is being redirected to "id = form" page 

rather than id = sc_cat_item page

Where would this have been changed ? how to control which page is opened when catalog item is clicked upon

Is it something you can reproduce out-of-the-box (on a PDI for example, so we can also reproduce 😁)?

What you can already check: Service Portal > Page Route Maps. Is there a Page Route Map setup that does this?

Hi, 

Checked the route map, sc_cat_item is set to esc_cat_item as per OOTB. Seems this redirection issue is only for the record producers, all the other catalog items are loading fine.

This has been solved by creating an entry in ServicePortal ->AI Search -> Search results actions. 

Which dictates where the result direct the user to, once clicked upon
