How to create a button in employee centre and based on the user selected and it should show custom table records based on users.

@vinuthna16 Few questions here

 

- What is the user selected criteria for?

- What records are in the custom table? 

 

There is an OOTB widget that takes URL parameters to load a widget of records on a page, possible you could use that on the back of a Quick link or button.
