missing incident creation out of the box

Hi, 

I have just tried the Employee Center, and can't find incident creation in the tails available out of the box. Is it an overlook or is there any idea behind making it hard to find?

Of course, I can find it when I put "incident " in the search bar, but this is against simple and intuitive UI principles.

Correct me if I am wrong, please.

By the way, can you share how you made the initial page of the Employee Center UI for inspiration?

@Michal_Ziemba record producers, catalog items and knowledge articles need to be connected to Topics. There is no provision for OOTB direct links or anything to that effect, although the OOTB taxonomy does have a provision for Incident.

As everyones design will be different, it wouldn't be something we hard design as part of the OOTB experience.
