Knowledge article pending approvals are not showing in the My Tasks Employee center

Hi All,

 

I have facing challenge in My Tasks the knowledge article pending approvals should show in the My Tasks Employee center but the approvals are not showing for the Knowledge articles, need help where I can check or configuring the knowledge approvals.

Hello @dev_S ,

First confirm  following things,

1) in your knowledge base workflow must be -> Knowledge - Approval Publish

2) simply impersonate to the Knowledge Manager of that knowledge base , in his my task he got request for for approval of that knowledge article .
