How can I make the 'Search Knowledge' button next to the Short Description field larger? More prominent.

Hi @erck Removing Contextual Search Result from form layout will work.

Hi @erck 

In an form (Incident) one of the two options i.e either Contextual search results or Knowledge Search will be visible at a given time.  
If a user wants  Contextual search results then the Knowledge Search option will not be visible and vise versa.
