Hello ServiceNow Community,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out to seek advice and guidance from this wonderful community on how to secure a job in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Over two years ago, I completed the certification requirements for a Certified System Administrator. Despite my efforts and the credentials I have earned, I have not been able to land a job in the field.
Here is a bit of background about my journey:
- I have been actively applying for ServiceNow-related positions and have tailored my resume to highlight my certification and relevant skills.
- I continue to enhance my knowledge by learning about new ServiceNow features and updates.
Despite these efforts, I am finding it challenging to break into the industry. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance you can provide on the following:
1. Resume and Application Tips: Are there any specific things that employers look for in resumes or applications for ServiceNow positions that I might be missing?
2. Networking Strategies: What are the best ways to network within the ServiceNow community to increase my chances of finding job opportunities?
3. Skill Development: Are there additional skills or certifications that I should focus on to make myself more marketable?
4. Job Search Resources: Are there particular job boards, recruitment agencies, or companies that are known for hiring ServiceNow professionals?
Thank you all in advance for your time and assistance. I am eager to contribute to the ServiceNow community and apply my skills in a professional setting.
Best regards,
Ahmad
