select box is empty

I was trying to create a new Case Creation Service Configuration but Task create table select box is empty , I'm not able to search anything over there and it tell that No matches found if I try to search for anything.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Teja,

What application scope are you in when trying to configure this?  Be sure you are in one of the HR scopes (e.g., Human Resources Core, Employee Relations) to pick one of the tables.
