There is not a lot of configuration options for the fulfiller view. You could go with using the categories to start with but for the most part is does not have a lot of options.

thanks, if i just want to add a link on the catalogs page that redirects to our employee portal - how would i do that?

Hi @Frank Cheung,
The native ( itil ) view of Self Service -> Service Catalog interface is old desing and later SN has Service Portal and now Employee Center with latest UI/UX capabilites, mostly org is using EC now these days.
