Service Operations Workspace Dashboard Reports

Hi,

I have created reports for Request items on SOW dashboard. Problem i'm facing is when clicking on report or view all option its not showing the list of records as it is showing for Incidents(OOB). Can anyone help me on this.

Just a note from me though, Service Operations Workspace should be considered a Product. It is not something that is easy customised. The items you are trying to change for example, have a number of connected parts. And the reports themselves are not even reports, they are generated from backend Scripts. 

To change the landing page reports, typically I would suggest doing this in the script that controls those widgets. Worth noting though it will be customization.

Can you please share your sys_ux_client_script_include of SowIncidentLandingPageUtilsSNC from where you modified the card
AS we need to add it in all tabs related to your reports table to make list visible
