I would like to use ootb "Service Portal Favorites".

Name: Service Portal Favorites
ID: com.glide.service-portal.favorites
Parent: com.glide.service-portal.esm

I found already installed page and widgets.. HOWEVER I have no idea how to implement or configure.

Is there anyone who can help me on this?

hi Sinae, What's your target go-live date?  We have (#safeharbor) a much improved favorites capability coming in the May release of Employee Center.
