Simulations wont allow me to complete. They appear after lessons but have no ability to start

I am new and just signed up and completing the lessons and then directed to the simulations to complete.  I see them on the right of the split screen but I have no interactivity to complete.   Any suggestions?  Already dumped my data and cache.   HELP!
