Standard Ticket Configuration > Action Widget - unified UI/UX for INC, HR, CSM

Good day everyone. 

 

I'm currently investigating the possibility of unifying the UI/UX of the Standard Ticket Configuration > Actions widget in the following tables in the title. I gave the OOB widgets a look and noticed the differences in all 3 (with Incident's being the simplest). 

Action widgets (still found in sp_widget) in question:

  • /sp_widget.do?sys_id=62267ab1c321120058879f2974d3aebd&sysparm_record_target=sp_widget&sysparm_record_row=4&sysparm_record_rows=25&sysparm_record_list=nameCONTAINSCase%5EORDERBYname

I'm aware that this is doable through heavy customisations. I suppose my question would be:

 

Would it be feasible to unify their action widgets to make it so that if current record belongs to HR/CSM/INC then show these actions?
