Taxonomy in employee center core application - no access to users

we created employee center taxonomy in employee center core application. Which is not visible to any users or some admins also without explicit role sn_hr_ap.admin. We want to make the taxonomy available to all users for viewing and editing. 

 

Please advise further on how to achieve that

To manage the taxonomy, look into the taxonomy_admin role and associated user criteria.  You can then add taxonomy mangers and content managers to each topic within the taxonomy.  When you open your taxonomy, check the "contributor" related list to add contributors that can manage the entire taxonomy (topic/child topic pages). 

 
Role required: taxonomy_admin.

User criteria required: Taxonomy Manager, Taxonomy Contributor, Topic Manager, Topic Contributor.
