terminate lab instance

How do I terminate my lab instances? I need to continue with the admin career journey and I am not able to!

Yes, I did start in parallel and the point is I finished and I didn't see the option to terminate (or I didn't look for it) - so I tried what you suggested already, opening a completed training, but I still see the same message and no option to terminate. I know the lab instances will expire, but I want to continue my training and get a designated lab for it, or else I cannot complete tasks and therefore I won't be able to advance with the training. I will try again with completed courses...

There is not way / any portal were you can manager all your provided instace. you can wait for a day or 2 for them to auto terminate or raise a support ticket on nowLEARNING so that they can terminate it for you...

Hi @dianachiriloiu ,

you cannot maintain more than one PDI on your 1 email. You can have multiple email to create multiple PDI and for the nowlearning PDI instance which you get are not considered in your PDI they are your temporary instance for learning and you cannot maintain more than 2 temporary nowlearning instance if you have so, it will prompt you to terminated which is not in use.

I understand the issue you're facing. It appears that you've reached the maximum limit for requesting new lab instances due to having multiple instances in progress. To address this, kindly review the list below, which includes all your active lab instances from various ongoing courses. To continue, please consider terminating one or two instances that correspond to courses you are currently not focusing on. you will have terminate instance option in that lists of instances. This will allow you to free up resources and proceed with your desired lab activities effectively. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

Hi @Aniket Chavan , it is exactly this that I don't know where to do: terminate the current instances which are no longer useful. I do not find the list of active instances, I am just able to access them, but they are not relevant to the next training I want to do. So where exactly can I reach these instances? Can you pls guide me through the steps? I need to find them and click the terminate button. Thanks!
