Test connection not getting successful while using Service Graph Connector for Solar winds

Hi All,

For CMDB discovery , we are trying to use "Service Graph Connector for Solarwinds"

Now the test connection and "Test load 20" records getting some errors and not able to establish the connection.

Can any one please help us to resolve the issue.

Error message has been attached.
