The Content Creation Editor is unavailable

I am trying to create a news article in ECPro by navigating to Content Publishing > Content Library > Create New. I am able to proceed as far as the platform selection. However, after selecting 'News Article' and clicking 'Continue,' I encounter a 'Page not found' error.
I cannot open the editor regardless of which content type I select.

What is the cause of this?I have admin roles.

refer this KB: KB2743436 Unable to Edit Content - Error "Page not found" 

 

probable solution: Update the Content Publishing plugin to a version that is fully compatible with the

platform.

 Try after clearing browser cache, open app in incognito mode.t
