There are no Approvals showing

When I click on "My Tasks" in the header, it displays empty approvals, despite the fact that the user currently has pending approvals (To do). I have verified in my PDI, and it is functioning correctly there. I am uncertain about what might be missing in my instance.

@Rajendar3 Make sure you have ToDo filters correctly setup

In the To-Dos configuration check the Approval record and ensure its active and correct.

 

Approvals come as part of OOTB, so possible that someone has changed this, or you have approvals that are not configured in the filter

Did you check what's the filter preset on My Tasks in the header?
