Ticket page in old SP and new ESC

Hi All,

Does anyone know why and how old Service portal and new Employee Center are using the same ticket page when opening incidents for example? We are working on new ESC and I noticed that both seem to use the same ticket page but the ticket page looks completely i ESC vs SP different and I cannot figure this out.

The Reason Behind is the configuration across the page is similar as it is related to the backend part having tables and data. But as per New Employee Center the UI difference between those is different. It is just a UI change but all the backend configuratiion is same only.

The problem I have is I need to make a change to the ticket page for the new ESC portal but cannot find how to do this as I am not able to find the ESC ticket page the only one I can find is the one configured for SP.

Do you know how I can do this?

 

Add: I found it in Page route maps under Service Portal
