Translate search results in my support portal

I want to translate search result word in my support portal when French user logs in it has show as "résultat(s) pour"

I try to add the ui message translation but its not working.

Hi @Sivakumar6 ,

I think these are entries in the [sys_ui_message] table and should be showing a "MSG" prefix. Please refer to below article:

I tried the same but System is not translationg the values into other language
