Does Announcement widget allow automatic translation based on user language

Hi All

We have a requirement to have the different Announcements to automatically translate based on the user's language.  Does Service now have this functionality and/or anyone utilizing this.

 

Some of the articles i  have seen seem to suggest that the Employee center does not support auto translation of announcements out of the box and the only way around is by creating Language‑specific announcements stored in the translation table
