Typeahead and Auto complete suggestions are not working

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our Employee Service Center to Employee Center Pro and the instance version is Rome. Typeahead and Auto complete suggestions are not working even after activating AI Search in the instance. Any help would be appreciated.

Below property should help. 

glide.service_portal.search_as_you_type_behavior: Select Suggestions or Typeahead functionality in the Service Portal.
