Unable to display favorite from Employee Centre

In my personal instance, the favorite icon (heart) is displayed. But in another instance, it's not displayed:

How can I display it?

I've set this to true, however the the favorite icon still does not display? 

Is there a step I'm missing please?

Make sure your header is not customized. Also this could be cache issue, you can clear your cache or try to log out and login.

This is entirely oob, if your header is not customized and you have performed the above steps, the favourite should be visible.

You can raise a case with HI if this does not works.

Hi Hiya, I had the same issue. Check the Employee Center plugins and make sure they are all updated in the last version.

Hi,

Im facing the same issue. The option is switch on but the "heart" button is not being shown on the header. My instance was on Rome based.. but is not upgraded to Tokyo.
