Unable to See topics created in ESC Portal

Hi Everyone,

We are planning to implement Standard changes in our project.OOB we have 3 standard change items like Modify a Standard Change Template , Retire a Standard Change Template,Propose a new Standard Change Template.

I want to display 3 catalog items in ESC under topics so that who every want to create/modify / Retire the template they can submit from ESC Portal.For that I have created a Topic called Change Management and added these 3 catalog items in the Connected Content.But still I was not able to see the topic and its related items.Attached the screenshot for the same.

Thanks a Lot,It was small miss like I have not updated the field of record producer "Hide on ServicePortal" is true.Now Iam able to see the Record producer.

But one more doubt while submitting the standard change template,why it is not asking you for the Change request fields,but it is asking if we submit ti native view.

Just log out and log back in to see if it resolves the issue. If it still doesn't work, check out the community answer below.. it might help.

Hello there @VanamaAkhil ,

I assume this is under taxonomy.

What I have experience before is that whenever I made some updates in ESC especially taxonomy modification, I need to logout and re-login again to see the changes I made. 

So Please try it and see if it is reflected upon following this procedure.

The issue iam facing is If I add any record producers to topics ,I was not able to see.But if I add any catalog item Iam able to see those.Could you please help me here.I have addded the screenshots as well.Please refer.
