Unable to terminate active instances

Even after completing the below courses , i am unable to terminate their instances , which is not allowing me request for more lab instances ( 

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals)

Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu) Terminate Instance 

Please help on how to terminate these instances 
things i tried 

1 - logged out and loggin in 

2-  restarted system

3 -  cleared cache and logged in 

4-  multiple time tried to terminate instance of both above courses ( i did get the pop up notification - terminating the instance ) but it dint get terminated

Hi @ShaikNawazs,

This is strange. If the instances cannot be terminated manually, then they will be auto-reclaimed in a few days as their lifespan is short.

But if you don't want to wait, you can create a case from Help Centre at the SN University and ask for assistance with that.
