Users should be suggested knowledge articles on Virtual Agent

The requirement is in esc portal when a user ask a query to Virtual agent it should suggest a knowledge article. could someone help me how to achieve this?

Hi @Sohail Khilji ,

There is an error in html code (Get KB Articles (HTML)). I think there is something wrong in code or Height/width of pixel. could you please check what is wrong.

I think even in Greeting tab there is some code missing because bot has to wait for user response right before getting the kb article (Get KB Articles(Script Action)). could you please check this one too.
