Virtual Agent Chat - to disable text chat and enforce selection of options

HI All ,

 

Got the requirement  to disable the chat text option to type and enforce on selection of topics provided once the greetings message is provided by Virtual agent .

In below screenshot topics to select is provided in the greetings message after that requirement is to enforce user to select topics provided and disable text chat option given at the bottom .

Please let me know if someone has worked on similar requirement earlier  . @Chuck Tomasi  @Ankur Bawiskar 

If there's any simple way to achieve this without creating topic blocks .

If there's any simple way to achieve this without topic blocks. I checked the above link in that approach we have to make every topic as separate topic block .
