What table do I use to trigger a survey for users who used Employee Center?

sp_log doesn't contain the user's info.

Surveys in the Employee Service Center (ESC) generally utilize the following tables:

  • asmt_assessment_instance.LIST: Stores individual survey instances associated with users.
  • asmt_assessment_instance_question.LIST: Holds the questions and responses submitted as part of the survey.

@JLeong - In the trigger condition, specify the table from which the survey should be triggered, such as Incidents or Requests.
