I created new custom portal and Created a separate Catalog for new portal: Partner Catalog
I want to hide catalog items on newly created Partner Portal and show only a few specific catalog items in new portal.

To hide items on your new portal and restrict catalog item visibility ,use
User Criteria , Available For ,Not Available for option of the catalog.
and control Search Sources by removing category - It will not be searchable in portal
refer: KB2648128 Limit catalog item access between users in different portals
How to restrict Catalog Items on New External Portal created?
