Application Assessments - delegate to another user?

We are in the midst of doing application assessments. We want Business owner to respond to a business health assessment. And IT Application owner to respond to a technical health assessment. We only want one assessment of each type per application.  One of the business owners is working with a group of people to gather responses and then will consolidate the responses into one. Unfortunately she will be out of the office and won't be able to respond by our due date. She would like to delegate the responsibility to someone else. I cannot find how that would be possible. Can anyone help?

Hi @MEBoatman ,

you can make use of delegate module. If you are going on leave then you can make delegate to your any person for certain periods of time. On delegate period delegated person will have access to approve the request, will receive all communication and so on.

Runjay Patel has the best answer for ongoing basis but it does not help if the assessments are already assigned.  You can simply go to the Assessment Instance(s) and reassign.

Just an FYI for others that may be looking for this answer...  The assessment must be in Ready to Take state in order to reassign it.  Or at least that's what I found in testing in Dev.
