BPMN activated and shown as shape library in EA , however not shown in the canves

As shown in the screenshot, there is already a shape library named "BPMN." However, when I am designing the process in Process Modeling & Visualization Canvas, I am unable to see the BPMN library available in the shape libraries panel.

When you create a new diagram, it looks like you are choosing the Blank Canvas diagram type. Pick Business Process Map and you will have the BPMN shapes on a canvas with the swimlanes.
