create a technical service from a business service

Do we have any OOTB feature from servicenow to create a copy of business service as technical service

Haven't tested it myself but the copy could work with an Insert and Stay, then you can reclassify the CI and make it a Technical Service. If you still use the cmdb_ci_service class, it's just the the Classification dropdown to change. But it's recommended to use the new Business and technical Services you can easily manage with Service Builder.
