This plan is different from ServiceNow's infrastructure disaster recovery plan or AHA transfer and it basically ensures we do a graceful shutdown and startup of services, provide alternate logon methods, secure data within the enterprise, ensure transactions are not lost and the platform remains safe and compliant.
