Emission factors other than GHG?

Does the emission factors support such as water resources and waste in addition to greenhouse gases?
Are there default emission factors registered? (Do we need to register everything ourselves?)
Is it possible to load emission factors from external applications or automatically update them?

Hi There!

Thank you for your great questions.  In terms of emission factors (EFs) for water resources and waste, you can create any emission factor against various standards, regulations or frameworks within the ESGM product.  Please see more information about this in the product documentation HERE.  In terms of default emission factors OOTB, GHG protocol and DEFRA primarily.  Yes there are options import via defined excel templates that are available and integrations like Watershed, Emission Box, and more are available via the ServiceNow store.  As well, there are potential opportunities for a number of integrations via ServiceNow's Integration Hub.

I hope this is helpful but please advise if you need more information.  As well, below are some additional resources available that may be useful.
