Hi @viplavkumar ,

If your user name and password are correct, try this approach

The URL Hack: Look at your browser address bar. Delete everything after [service-now.com/](https://service-now.com/) and type navpage.do or login.do right after the slash (e.g., [https://instance.service-now.com/navpage.do] then hit Enter.

Go Incognito: Open a private/incognito window and try logging in. If this works, clear your regular browser's cookies and cache.

Contact Your IT Admin: If the steps above fail, your individual user profile has a corrupted landing page preference . An admin will need to reset your user preferences from the backend.

Hi @viplavkumar

  • Clear your browser cache

Hello @viplavkumar ,

Are you logging directly by using url like https://devxxxx.service-now.com/  ? Once refresh your instance and check whats its status  .

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Regards.
