Event Type Showing as 'Excluded' Despite Selecting 'Meeting' in Contextual Side Panel(Dispatcher WS)

I encountered an issue where, after creating an event and selecting the Event Type as Meeting from the Contextual Side Panel in the Dispatcher Workspace, the event card appears correctly in the calendar timings. However, when I click on the event card, the Contextual Side Panel shows the Type as Excluded instead of Meeting

that's odd, have you done any customization on this?
have you properly set up your AGENT WORK SCHEDULE, ie agent not assigedd to calendars with ''excluded''? try clearing the cache and log out, sometimes the workforce workspace is buggy
EDIT: i just checked your screenshot, your agent has a GREY LINE... it should be white (available work hours) if hes available you re missing configs Product Documentation | ServiceNow
See results in my PDI (yokohoma)
- if i add event meeting in workforce or the dispatcher workspace, it shows as meeting
- i assigned 8-5 ootb schedule to my agent
