Export Excel and error 'Requested attachment does not exist' shows.

The above error occurred when trying to export the Work Order/Work order Tasks list based on the title referenced above.

Steps to reproduce:

Enter the Work Order list view (wm_order).

Right-click > Export > Excel (.xlsx)/PDF/CSV

The export completion dialog box is displayed, and the download button appears after a few seconds.

Click the Download button and display the error "Requested attachment not found."

Our production example version: San Diego

System administrators do not have this problem, but wm_admin and other FSM agents may have this problem

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Wei_ Ling - I'm seeing this issue in Xanadu in 2025. Were you ever able to find a solution for this?

Like you, admins can export, and there isn't an issue with long User IDs. Thanks!

Hey, what is the use case here? Having a wm_admin role user export the wo and wot tables to excel?
