Hi @SalmatO

I have created a Smart Assessment Template in Assessment workspace and Published. When I try to create a new Questionnaire in 'wm_questionnaire' by default its creating with Type=Survey but somehow I have changed it to 'Smart Assessment' type even after which my questionnaire remains 'Unpublished' state. Because of which system could not trigger assessment to agent mobile app. Please assist.

Thanks
Sowndharya

Hi, did you happen to have a case already for this? If not I'd suggest opening one.

As well, if you could share the full screenshot of the configuration we might be able to better direct here.

Once you make the SA tempalte in Assessment Workspace, then go to this quesitonnaire record, make it, save it, then in the related list you associate the SA template you made to the questionnaire in question.

Once you set your environment to use SA templates there is no going back to questionnaire survey based.

Yes @Skylar_Barth  have raised a case with SN. Actually when we make the SA template in Assessment Workspace, then go to this questionnaire record, then value for Type field is 'Survery' by default not 'Smart Assessment' and so our configuration is not happening as expected even after using 'Migrate' option at bottom with reference to - Migrate a survey-based questionnaire to Smart Assessment

Is it an old questionnaire record after "migrating"?
