Hi team,
It looks like FSM only supports a single manager per work group or assignment group by default (unless you have WFO)
Has anyone come across a requirement to assign multiple managers to a single group while still enabling Workforce Manager functionalities like managing team skills, calendars, schedules, and events?
I’m looking to confirm whether there’s any out-of-the-box (OOTB) solution or workaround supported natively in FSM.

i received confirmation that the only way to have additional managers is to use WFO.
without WFO' it would require additional customizations at different places.

Assign additional managers to user groups when Workforce Optimization for Field Service is installed
- Navigate to All > Agent Group Management > Additional Managers.
- Select New.
- In the Assignment Group field, use the lookup icon to select or create a user group.Make sure that the user has the wm_manager role. For more information on assigning roles to users, see Assign a role to a user.
- In the Manager field, use the lookup icon to select or create a user.
- Select Submit.You can assign multiple managers to a user group by repeating the steps for each manager.
