Workforce - additional manager

Hello all,

Q: can we have more than 1 manager in Manager Workspace → Workforce?

//see my test results//

• I have group josh_tech with manager: lisa ray1
• related list Additional manager (view WFO FSM workspace AND WFO workspace just to be sure) = lisa ray2
• When I log into manager workspace → workforce as lisa ray1
• I can see my group and my technicians
• When I log in as lisa ray2 in manager workspace
• I see in the home page I have assignment group = josh_tech
• WHEN I go to workforce, the group/technicians is not there – meaning only lisa Ray (not lisa ray 2, additional manager) can see them
• Is that OOTB behavior??

Hi!
What you want to do is to be able to see the labor force of each worker on a calendar from your screen?
Are you a member of the Dispatchers of the vendors you want to display on your calendar?
You cannot display the calendar unless you are a member of Dispatcher. Please try it

• i can see my group/tech as an additional manage in home page, schedule ,etc
  • if i navigate to workforce, they are not there 
• if i log in as the MAIN manager, everything works
• manager 1 and manager 2 have wm_manager role (this is required for workspace manager)

Hello @Joshua Chen FX were you able to figure this out? The ServiceNow product team showed me in a Demo that this is possible but somehow this does not work for me.
