Is this possible OOTB? I've searched and couldn't find anything.
We don't use EAM.
Use case: FS agent gets on-site and install a service and customer provides a modem (customer owned, so not in our inventory). We want the agent to be able to create an asset and/or IBI from the mobile app and link it to the customer.
