Dear Experts
I’ve suddenly been assigned to handle subscription contract purchases for our company’s instance.
I’m reviewing the original contract, but there are some parts of the Order Form I don’t understand, so please explain how to read it.
It’s written differently from the standard format for contract details in my country, so I’m having trouble understanding it.
■ Questions
1.The meaning of each field
・Units
・Term (mos)
・Term Start Date
・Term End Date
・Net Price(Monthly)
・Net Price(Annual)
・Net Price(Total)
2.How the fields relate to each other
・It looks like the value is the result of multiplying one field by another, but I’d like to know how to interpret it.
I don't quite understand the relationship between the amount and the number of days.
How is this calculated?
・Also, I don't understand how the amounts for each year are calculated in the invoice schedule.
3.What does the “-” next to “Units” mean?
If you know of any easy-to-understand resources or terms and conditions, please let me know.
Thank you in advance
