The Q1 Store release for Yokohama is now available, and with it we have introduced several major (and some minor) enhancements to help enrich your use of our Risk/GRC/ESG products. Below are three highlights:

Check out the demos.

First, we are extremely excited to share with you AI Agents for Integrated Risk Management featuring Issue Summarization. This addition will help you leverage the benefits of AI across the entire lifecycle of an issue. Whether it's defining issues, understanding status, aligning actions, creating context for making informed decisions or tracking activities, Now Assist simplifies and enhances the entire process further streamlining your risk management and decision-making.

Secondly, the Smart Assessment Engine brings more advantages across the entire risk portfolio of products. Whether it’s the enhanced Business Impact Analysis templates for Business Continuity Management, improved Compliance Case Analysis within Integrated Risk Management, or a streamlined approach to Privacy Assessments within our Privacy Management product, the new Smart Assessment Engine features address automated assessment responses, assessment scoring, and copying templates for greater efficiency.

The third highlight is Digital Operational Resilience Incident Reporting. We have added an incident reporting workflow, templates for tracking and reporting on major incidents, a new data model and service mapping visualization. With these adds, you can now leverage the new workflow to meet regulatory reporting requirements for both IT and security incidents; auto trigger compliance cases, notifications and assessments with relevant CMDB ties to drive informed remediation actions; autogenerate initial, intermediate and final reports for DORA; and classify major incidents appropriately.

While these are only a few of the highlights, we have a number of Community webinars planned in the coming weeks to walk you and your team through all of the enhancements. Sign up to attend one or more Live on ServiceNow “What's New” sessions.

Alternately, our team is creating some "sneak peek" demos to walk you through some of these enhancements on screen. Check out this post as demos are added over time!
