- A new layout with access to all IRM workspaces from a single dropdown

Support for Third-parties and Beyond!
Managing third parties and the supply chain is essential to the success of your business. Visibility into your vendor portfolio and regular assessments for your critical vendors are fundamental elements in assessing risk. However, external monitoring feeds that cover a broad range of risk areas (Security, ESG, Geopolitical, etc.) provide an objective and continuous view of risk that is equally important. With that in mind we are excited to announce better support in Vendor Risk Management to identify and manage 4th parties and these key integrations:
- Vendor Risk Management Integration with EcoVadis offering a sustainability/ESG risk intelligence feed integration
- Interos Resilience Vendor Risk Management Integration for supply chain integration across 6 risk factors via a risk intelligence feed
Improve Response to Crises with Business Continuity Management (BCM)
When disaster strikes, you must move fast, and three Business Continuity Management capabilities will help you do that. With an improved UX in Business Impact Analysis to streamline the user experience and the following new capabilities you can respond and recover faster:
- First, you can now add new recovery tasks and related asset details, assigning a sequence, owners, and dependencies to your plans. You can also orchestrate and track task execution.
- The second new capability helps you automate the approval workflow with Approval Configuration, to reduce the need for training. It allows you to set up business rules and approvals to route Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, exercises, and crisis events through dynamic workflows. You don't need to, but you can even write your own approval scripts If you want.
- And finally, to make audit and executive reporting easier, you can now print the output of your BIAs, BCPs, exercises, and crisis events from downloadable, easily configurable, PDF templates.
