Hey All,
I've been investigating a problem to no avail. Here it is:
When I click on the Activities filter and select "Configure available fields", I get the Not Authorized error. Can someone please explain why this is the case? Do I need a role in order to set this? If so, is there one besides admin?

Hi @vivek_f19 ,
You don't have right role to do this job.

Hi @Community Alums , thanks for your response. What role will allow me to use the 'Configure available fields' button?

@vivek_f19 I had this issue. A user requires the "personalize_list" role to not get the Not Authorized Error after clicking 'Configure available fields'. After doing this you may still get an error pop-up when you try to save the fields you have selected. The pop-up should be : Not allowing update of property: glide.ui.<<table name>>_activity.fields.
To fix this go to that sys property and look at the roles that are allowed to edit it. for example in the "glide.ui.incident_activity.fields" record the necessary roles are shown in the screen shot
