Approval and Approval history is not getting updated when BIA is approved/Rejected

Hi,

Whenever we are trying to move BIA (Impact analysis record) in 'Pending for Approval' state by clicking on 'Submit for Approval' button. We are not seeing any record update in 'sn_bia_approval' table.Similarly when Impacy analysis is approve or rejected record are not reflecting in 'Approval' and 'Approval History' tab.

Kindly let us know what could be reason ?

You might need to check if  "glide.workflow.user_approval_history" property is set to false. If the value is set to "true" then the approval history journal field is updated with the approver's name and approved time.
